Today I went with my friend Sarah from college and before ( we met working in the dining room at a retirement home, don't ask) to a Bridal Expo at Harborside Convention center. She's getting married in April YAY! And I am one of her bridesmaids. It was a lot of fun there were so many options for weddings. I thought Publix had the best cakes on display, we don't really have alot of bakeries here. I think is was the longest I've been away from my kids (we were there 4 or 5 hours). They had fun in the pool with their Daddy.
And the award for most inappropriate booth goes to......
I'm not sure who needs photos of the wedding night lingerie but I couldnt believe what I was seeing and this wasn't the only photo.
At the end of the Expo they pick a couple Brides and Grooms randomly to do the Battle of the Brides and Grooms which is where you dig through a cake for prizes, the best being matching wedding bands. Out of all the people there Sarah got picked! She didn't win the big prize but still some good stuff like $100.oo Gift certificate and she was in the NewsPress, it was a fun day.
Oh boy. The wedding is ALL ABOUT YOU. Wait let me say that again. ALL ABOUT YOU! It was a good time - glad we went!
