It's kind of sad that I'm afraid of this.....
But I am. Why you ask? Because I have made a few attempts to potty train before. Blake is almost 3 years old and I think he should be potty trained by now. But last time I tried I made the mistake of buying him this DVD (he was heavy into his Thomas the Train phase)
I'm sure you can guess how this story ends, he needed mud for his trains to play in and we had been talking about nothing but poop that week. I put him down for a nap and a couple minutes later a smell was all over the living room. I went in his room and found this...
No thats not chocolate pudding!
It hard to see from the photos but it was everywhere, in all his trains the tracks the perimeter of his bed, in his bed etc. Worst of all it happened twice before. I was too upset to photograph it, it was much worse. Were talking caveman wall poop fingerpainting. I am kind of crazy when it comes to germs too so everything had to be hosed off and then bleached.
So now we are giving it another go. I've heard other moms saying the 3 day potty training method works on the http://www.thebump.com/ boards and have decided to give that a try. It is a decent read about 40 pages and once I find time to read it, we'll start again, keep your fingers crossed for me.

Yikes. I think all kids do it once. I know my mom and dad never let me forget I painted my little fake piano as a kid. Keep trying!
