Homework, Cupcakes and a Daredevil

Blake had homework for school, to color the folder like his house and pictures of his likes and family inside. Ah I LOVE creative projects we may have gone a little overboard, we used lots of glitter.

I also made some Back to School Cupcakes to get Blake in the mood and brought some in for his teachers (Yes we want to be Teachers Pet)

I found this idea online. The cupcakes are funfetti and I used pretzel M&Ms instead of regular for the apples, because they are round with a green sprinkle for the stem. The chalk is a Good n Plenty and the chalkboard is a chocolate covered graham cracker.

This little Boy is crazy standing on everything.

If you are like us and have to read Goodnight Moon regularly, here's a twist Kevin came up with..

We read it in the dark having Blake point out the things in the great green room with a flashlight. He Loves it.

Go Steelers/Dolphins!

I am really going to try to get into to this upcoming football season. Mainly because all the games consume my life during the fall/winter. It always seems like there's one on we HAVE to watch for 4 or 5 hours and thats all the guys in my family talk about. This is why the Lifetime network exists for women. I usually only look forward to the food thats involved while watching it and dressing the boys and dogs in matching outfits. This year I think I'm going to attempt to follow fantasy football or something and find cute supportive outfits.

Which is why I'm so excited about this new NFL line from Victoria's Secret PINK. I got the stuff below to support The Steelers (yes that right the gray one is covered in sequins and the black one has rhinestones!), who is my Dads, Brothers and Brother in laws team. My husband is a Dolphins fan who I support 1st, and now wants me to boycott VS because they only carry 13 teams, The Dolphins is not one of them.

Blake's 1st Day of Preschool!!!

Today was Blake's First day of Preschool! He was on the waiting list and a spot opened up. He'll be going a couple half days a week to start and see if he likes it. He was soooo excited, me too, I can't wait to volunteer, make cupcakes, book fairs, Plays and all the Holiday stuff, so fun!

They aren't allowed to wear Croc's, and he's outgrown his Addiadas so we had a day to find him some closed toe shoes. Normally I go for something stylish, but we had to find something quick so Light up Toy Story 3 shoes did the trick. When we brought them home he was obsessed, he had to wear them all that night and as soon as he woke up this morning.....

Daddy made us all pumpkin waffles and whipped cream with cinnamon for the big day, They were soo good.

All his school stuff was Toy Story, isn't his lunch box cute!

Even though he can't read, I had to write him a little note with some mini M&Ms

Leaving for school!

Were Here! He ran straight in and started playing like he's been going forever.

I bought him a toddler sized backpack and then he saw this Buzz Lightyear one with the wings, it's huge but he had to have it.

Blake checking out his classroom. He didn't cry or anything when we left.

Shawn wanted to go too....

He had a blast! He was so tired when we picked him up. His teachers said he did great. He said miss you Mommy, miss u when he saw me. =)
