Happy Thanksgiving Turkeys!
Here are mine....
Black Friday Chaos
So Kevin left at 9:30pm Last night to get to Toys R Us by 10pm only to find this when he pulled up.....
He defiantly was not expecting that line, it wrapped around the whole shopping center. He waited an hour to get in and another in line to pay. He got home at 1:30am, I was sleeping =) But the good news is Santa will be putting these cuties under the tree along with some other great discounted toys.
We didn't go crazy and wake up at 4am like previous years for black friday. We got out around 9am and picked up a couple things. It wasn't as crazy as last year either. Target was our big stop but I also got these (Hal the Moose with light up ears) for the kids for only $5.00!!! The poor lady behind me, I bought the last 2. We have never bought them a Build a Bear so they loved them, I think Blake loved the house he came in as much or more.
I got this for me from Bath and Body Works. I am obsessed with these, my brothers girlfriend bought me the gingerbread one for my birthday last year and this is now my 3rd one, they look gorgeous lit up at night. It was normally $35 I got it for $17! The candles were 2 for 20 and I lit one and the whole house smells amazing these are really good candles I'm going to by more.
We stopped for some Jets pizza, check out my little shopper

Baking and More Baking!
Today I made 6 pies, 1 cake and cake pops (of course) for Thanksgiving. And homemade cranberries. Tomorrow morning I will also be making green bean casserole and Kevin Ruth's Chris Sweet Potato Casserole. Ah I love Thanksgiving. It was great with Kevin on vacation he was here to help me multitask with kids running around. We put on Christmas movies and the Christmas radio station while we baked, it was a good day.

Handprint Turkey Crafts
Today we made handprint Turkeys. For some reason I didn't think ahead about how hard it was going to be to get a 1 year old to keep his fingers open long enough to paint each one a different color. I managed to do it though. They turned out really cute.

Visting the Fire Department
Today we got to go visit the North Naples Fire Department through one of my moms groups. They got to get in the Fire truck, see where the fireman live during their shift and turn on the hose. Of course they loved it. Blake wouldn't leave the house with wearing his fireman costume.

YMCA Basketball
Blake started YMCA Basketball tonight. He's definitely the youngest, the age is from 3-5, but it's really cute to watch them try to play. They have girls on the teams too. I was wondering how it was going to work. Do they play an actual game? Basically dribbling doesn't really happen that often, they do shoot the ball and make baskets though.

Happy Halloween!
Here are some of our house decorations, we didn't do as many as usual because of our house being for sale but it still looked good
We put this crime scene out today
All the grandkids on grandpas golfcart ready to go trick or treating.
Trick or Treat!
Blake so excited he's running to the next house! This is the first year he really got it I was so excited for him!
This photo is all messed up from the flash but I thought it was Halloweenish look at my eyes from the flash
We stopped by the neighborhood party, which is fun for adults but it kind of annoys me because we have a good amount of kids in our neighborhood but most go to different neighborhoods to trick or treat because you are supposed to bring your candy to the party for one stop trick or treating, what fun is that? So when we took them door to door half of the houses were at the party. We will probably go to a big kid neighborhood next year if we are still in this house.
Here we are back at home going through the loot! The kids were in sugar high heaven!
Tomorrow I will start counting down to next Halloween =)
